From the earliest stages of construction, our team was fully engaged in delivering the complete electromechanical works for this project — starting from the slab-on-grade level in Basement 4, including water tanks and the grey water system, through to the
full vertical risers.The scope encompassed the chilled water system, building automation system (BAS), plumbing and water supply networks, booster pumps, and the complete firefighting system. The project was successfully completed and handed over to the Central Rotana operations team.
